The incoming paralegal will join a corporate governance team that has a strong track record of precedent setting outcomes. You will work directly with attorneys and senior case managers on high-profile securities and corporate governance matters. Proven expertise in Bluebook citation formatting and Federal court filing is required for consideration. - Assist with case strategy and preparation, conducting legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER
- Ensure accuracy and precision by conducting cite-checking, Bluebooking, and proofreading briefs, complaints, and other documents
- Manage deadlines and case materials, including exhibits and court filings
- Independently manage assigned cases
- Assist in retrieving production documents and rules/regulations
- Prepare for depositions by preparing exhibits, scheduling, booking, and coordinating with outside counsel and vendors
- Perform electronic filings with the court

- 4+ years of litigation experience in complex litigation or corporate governance
- Demonstrated expertise in federal court filing procedures
- Proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER)
- Strong Bluebook citation skills and experience with cite-checking legal documents
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred
- Knowledge of case management software (i.e. Relativity, Concordance)
