Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist 2-3 attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
  • Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
  • Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings
  • Coordinate and track discovery, document production, and records collection
  • Prepare deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial materials
  • Conduct factual research and assist with case investigations
  • Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and third-party vendors
  • E-file documents in state and federal courts as needed
  • Maintain accurate case records and support attorneys in meeting critical deadlines

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a busy law firm environment
  • Trust and estate litigation experience preferred, but not required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
