Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate attorney scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics
  • Support legal billing and time entry processes
  • Answer incoming calls and serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Order and manage office supplies and handle general office operations
  • Assist with onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and employee communications
  • Coordinate timesheets, PTO tracking, and payroll support
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping functions and invoice processing
  • Partner with the Office Manager and firm leadership on staff support and firm-wide initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services office
  • Exposure to HR tasks such as onboarding, employee file management, or payroll coordination
  • Familiarity with billing software and/or accounting tools (QuickBooks, Timeslips, etc.)
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated job stability and a team-focused, professional attitude
