Job Details
Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Propound & respond to discovery requests
- Calculate and manage deadlines
- Prepare subpoenas
- Maintain case file management
- Prepare legal and mediation briefs
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation
- Prepare Objections and Responses to Demand for Defense Medical Examinations
- Respond to notice of depositions
- Draft and file Complaint packets, CMC/TSC Statements, Notice of Settlement and Request for Dismissal documents, and Minor's Compromise Petitions.
Job Requirements:
- Work on-site in Beverly Hills office
- 4+ years of Personal Injury experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Draft legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons and discovery
- Calendaring
- Filing lawsuits and drafting motions
