A bit about us:

Our client, a well-established plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Orlando, is seeking a bilingual litigation paralegal to join their growing practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a busy practice, work directly with clients, and handle substantive responsibilities from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters involving plaintiff personal injury matters
  • Assist with client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication
  • E-file complaints, motions, and discovery requests
  • Assist clients in preparing discovery responses
  • Calendar hearings and schedule depositions
  • Organize and maintain client files

This is a full-time position for a motivated paralegal seeking to provide exceptional litigation support to a team of attorneys on behalf of injured clients. We're seeking an individual with diverse real-world experiences, strong interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm for personal injury litigation. Interested candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in personal injury law and fluency in both Spanish and English.

Job Details

Preferred candidate qualifications:

  • Experience with pre-litigation settlement negotiations
  • Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and personal injury statutes
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
