Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex litigation files from inception through trial
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Prepare and respond to discovery, including e-Discovery
Conduct background investigations and vet expert witnesses
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and presentation
Perform legal research
Coordinate with clients, courts, and vendors
Track billable time and manage time entry
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in defense litigation
Experience with legal research platforms and case management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
