Job Details

We are looking for a certified business litigation/transactional Paralegal with at least 3-years of experience. This is an in-person position. Signing bonus of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars) after hire and completion of 90 days employment.

Job Description:

  • Keep cases organized by establishing and maintaining files, monitoring calendars, tracking deadlines, documenting actions, and inputting information into file database

  • Assist in compiling and classifying documents for production

  • Prepare correspondence and written reports

  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery documents, interrogatories and discovery responses

  • Maintain attorney calendars, including recording and monitoring court appearance dates, pleading deadlines, and discovery deadlines

  • Assist in all aspects of trial preparation, including evidence and exhibit compilation, witness interviews, subpoenas, appearance management, and jury instructions

  • File court documents

  • Follow up on delegated assignments

  • Coordinate and summarize depositions

  • Conduct legal research using Lexis
