Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Permanent Litigation Paralegal. This role will be integral to our litigation team, providing comprehensive support in various stages of litigation, from inception through discovery, trial, and appeal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, legal writing, and trial preparation. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial.
2. Conduct factual investigations and legal research to identify issues and relevant matters.
3. Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
4. Coordinate and manage trial logistics, including preparation of trial exhibits, trial binders, and witness files.
5. Assist with deposition preparation, including preparing witness files and deposition outlines.
6. Manage and organize large case document production and databases.
7. Interact with clients, experts, court personnel, opposing counsel, and other staff.
8. Maintain case calendars, including tracking deadlines and court dates.
9. Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, data entry, and other tasks as required.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
2. Associate degree or certificate program in paralegal studies. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.
3. Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation management software.
4. Excellent knowledge of litigation support, legal writing, and trial preparation.
5. Strong understanding of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
