Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established national law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze business, financial, and other case-related documents and records
  • View, annotate, and organize documents in a litigation support software environment (i.e., Concordance, Summation, Eclipse, iPro, etc.)
  • Conduct well-developed research and writing
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
  • Work with limited supervision
  • Manage electronic and paper filing systems
  • Prepare for and attend arbitration, mediation, and trial

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in either civil/commercial OR personal injury litigation
  • Proficiency in litigation support software
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Experience in drafting legal documents
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in managing filing systems
  • Experience in preparing for and attending legal proceedings
