Job Details
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team.
The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience and/or interest in family law.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience and/or interest in family law.
Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support to attorneys specializing in family law
- Prepare and manage all types of family law legal documentation, such as petitions, complaints, motions, and pleadings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and fact-finding investigations to assist in case preparation.
- Maintain case management system and ensure all case files are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, court dates, and other related appointments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and legal proceedings.
- Complete clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in family law.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with initial pleadings, mediation, temporary orders, discovery, trial, etc.
- Exceptional research and report-writing abilities.
- Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must possess a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts is a plus.
