Our ideal candidate is an experienced, motivated self-starter with an attention to detail, strong writing and communication skills and creative, problem-solving ability.

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, a strong preference given for a background in transactional matters, litigation - preferably a combination of the two
• Certified paralegal or BS degree
• Experience in Westlaw, Lexis Nexis and other tools for research
