We are working with a well-established, successful plaintiff litigation firm that specializes in trials, arbitrations, and appeals for complex commercial cases and catastrophic injury cases! They are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Houston.

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Houston (Montrose/Midtown area)
Salary range: $70k-$80k/year
*MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish

Job Details

Responsibilities include:
  • E-filing (state and federal)
  • Calendaring and monitoring deadlines
  • Preparation of discovery requests and pleadings
  • E-discovery
  • Case maintenance
  • Document production
  • Drafting correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel
  • Trial preparation; scheduling of case-related events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred.
  • Experience in plaintiff litigation highly desired!
  • Ability to work on-site; this is NOT a remote position
