Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation proceedings, using various research tools.
2. Manage all aspects of the e-discovery process, including the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic evidence.
3. Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits, assisting with witness preparation, drafting pleadings and subpoenas, and coordinating logistics.
4. Draft a variety of legal documents such as motions, briefs, affidavits, and subpoenas.
5. Maintain case files and manage case calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a litigation paralegal.
2. Proficient in e-discovery platforms and legal research databases.
3. Strong knowledge of trial preparation and legal procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
