This position is an opportunity to play a critical role in providing expert-level litigation support throughout complex appellate matters, from case initiation through Supreme Court proceedings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Orchestrate comprehensive deposition and argument logistics coordination
- Conduct thorough cite-checking for briefs and motions, ensuring Bluebook compliance and source accuracy
- Create jurisdiction-compliant brief and motion templates following applicable court rules
- Maintain communication with state, federal, and appellate court clerk offices
- Assist in trial preparation in partnership with Trial and Litigation Support teams
- Support witness preparation and testimony development processes
- Compile and review appellate appendices and supporting exhibit materials

Job Details
Interested candidates must have 5+ years of complex litigation experience handling appellate and Supreme Court matters, preferably with a large law firm.
