Position Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced insurance defense practice. This role offers hybrid work arrangements after an initial in-office period.

An excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced insurance defense practice. This role offers hybrid work arrangements after an initial in-office period.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial
- Prepare and manage e-filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft and review medical record summaries and chronologies
- Maintain case files and litigation calendars
- Draft basic pleadings and discovery documents
- Assist with deposition preparation and exhibit management
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and external vendors
- Monitor court deadlines and maintain internal tracking systems
- Handle correspondence with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, insurance defense preferred
- Strong experience with e-filing systems and court procedures
- Demonstrated expertise in medical record review and summarization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
