Job Details

Litigation Partner with a strong background in Labor & Employment litigation to join our high-performing team. This is a key leadership role for an attorney with deep trial experience, outstanding legal acumen, and a demonstrated ability to attract and maintain client relationships.

What You'll Do:
Serve as lead counsel on complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on labor and employment disputes
Oversee all stages of litigation from intake through trial, post-trial motions, and appeal if necessary
Advise corporate clients on employment law compliance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution
Represent clients before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels
Mentor and collaborate with associates and other team members
Develop and expand client relationships and grow your existing book of business

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive trial and deposition experience
Substantial experience in wage & hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high-stakes matters independently
A portable book of business that reflects client trust and your value as a legal advisor
Passion for client service, entrepreneurial spirit, and collaborative mindset
