The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, employment law, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Partner, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing a broad range of complex litigation matters, with a focus on commercial and employment law.
2. Representing clients in mediations and arbitrations, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of dispute resolution processes.
3. Providing strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their legal positions.
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with other partners and associates to develop and implement strategies for the firm's growth and success.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. At least 10 years of experience in a litigation role, with a specific focus on commercial litigation and employment law.
3. Demonstrated experience in mediation and arbitration.
4. Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation matters.
6. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
7. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of dispute resolution processes.
