Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple cases, from trial preparation to execution.
  • Manage depositions, motions, and discovery.
  • Evaluate and advise on professional liability claims.
  • Specialize in cases against underpaying insurers.
  • Juggle and prioritize multiple cases effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Ca
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
