Labor & Employment Litigation Senior Associate - California - Remote

We are a Business Law Firm seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join our Labor & Employment Group. We are seeking a candidate with Private Sector experience. Our L&E Group serves mid & large-size Commercial Enterprises, Government Contractors, and Small Businesses throughout country. Our Labor & Employment attorneys regularly represent clients in cases before Federal, State, and Appellate Courts, as well as offer counsel on litigation matters. In addition, we advocate for our clients in Federal, State, and Local Agency Proceedings, including forums conducted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Wage and Hour, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) divisions; the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB); and various jurisdictions’ administrative boards.

Requirements
  • Licensed Attorney Required. Preferred Applicants with Bar Admission in California eligibility for prompt admission.
  • 2-6+ Years of experience Private Practice Experience providing Labor & Employment services for mid & large-size Commercial Enterprises, Government Contractors, and Small Businesses Leading Bid Protests
  • Experience advocating for clients in Federal, State, and Local Agency proceedings, including forums conducted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Wage and Hour, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) divisions; the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB); and various jurisdictions’ administrative boards.
