Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain litigation databases (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw), including data formatting, loading, and productions with both internal teams and vendors
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend solutions, and support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of litigation support tools and applications
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for trial teams, including preparing and operating presentation databases and software during hearings and trials
  • Assist with creating and editing video clips, exhibit annotations, PowerPoint presentations, and other demonstrative materials
  • Research, evaluate, and help implement new litigation technology solutions and equipment
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group training on litigation technology and courtroom tools to attorneys and paralegals

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience in a legal environment and 1+ years focused on data and/or tech
  • Strong electronic discovery expertise and familiarity with civil litigation processes such as depositions, document repositories, discovery, and trial • • preparation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of presentation and creative software such as OnCue and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
