We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigations Attorney specializing in Estate and Trust to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing top-tier legal services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of estate and trust litigation matters, including complex disputes involving wills, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships. This position requires a deep understanding of estate and trust laws and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of estate and trust litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trials, and settlements.
2. Provide legal advice and representation to clients in disputes related to wills, trusts, estates, and other related matters.
3. Develop and implement strategic legal solutions to resolve complex estate and trust disputes.
4. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
5. Conduct comprehensive legal research to stay abreast of changes in estate and trust laws.
6. Prepare and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
7. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to professional ethics.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on case progress and legal advice as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust litigation.
4. Demonstrated expertise in estate and trust laws and related litigation.
5. Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
6. Proven track record of successfully managing complex estate and trust litigation matters from start to finish.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
9. High degree of professionalism and commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
11. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
