Schedule: January 6, 2025 - ongoing
Shift: Monday to Thursday 8-5 with 1 hour lunch (negotiable).
Patient Volume: 12-16
Trauma level: 3
Skills/Cases:
Certs required:
ATLS
Must be WI licensed!
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
EMR: Epic
Additional Notes: This need is for a mid-level provider coverage of outpatient WOUND clinic. Clinic is scheduled Monday to Thursday. Does need the ability to see inpatients in hospital for wound consults. Be able to do outpatient clinic-based procedures. No call.

- Outpatient 90%, Inpatient 10% based on need.
- Post-op wound care
- Mostly chronic wounds
- Ostomy certification is not required but experience is preferred.
Certs required:
ATLS
