Job Details
We’re seeking experienced Low Voltage Security Technicians in the Phoenix Valley Metro area to install, service, and troubleshoot Fire & Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, Intercoms, CCTV, Electrified Door Hardware, ADA Auto Door Operators, and Automatic Vehicle Gate Operators. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about security technology and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

- Install & Service: Set up and maintain intrusion and fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and intercom solutions.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with low voltage security systems.
- Access Control & Electrified Door Hardware: Install and configure door strikes, mag locks, hinges, crash bars, and related hardware.
- CCTV & Video Surveillance: Cable, install, and program surveillance systems for commercial and residential applications.
- Gate Operators: Install and troubleshoot automatic gate operators, including saw cutting for inductive loops and system repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all systems are running efficiently through scheduled servicing.
- Inventory & Teamwork: Maintain service parts, follow project guidelines, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent communication and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with low voltage security systems including fire alarms, intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV, and gate operators.
- Ability to install, program, and troubleshoot a variety of security equipment..
- Strong understanding of cabling, networking, and security system integration.
- Familiarity with major security product lines such as Honeywell, DMP, Bosch, Avigilon, AMAG, Milestone, Axis, HID, Aiphone, and more.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
