We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Loyalty Program Manager to join our marketing team. This role is integral to our business, as it involves managing our credit card program marketing execution, driving loyalty initiatives, and overseeing marketing campaigns. You will be working closely with various teams to develop innovative strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing, implementing, and managing our credit card program marketing execution.
2. Overseeing the creation, compliance, and proofing execution for all outbound marketing content for the credit program.
3. Driving loyalty initiatives, managing project marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
5. Analyzing program performance and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Managing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.
7. Ensuring all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of study, or equivalent years of related work experience.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Credit or Loyalty marketing.
3. Prior experience in retail marketing is a must.
4. Proven experience in managing credit card program marketing execution and loyalty initiatives.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
8. A deep understanding of customer behavior and loyalty program strategies.
9. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
10. A creative thinker, with a knack for developing innovative marketing strategies.
