Responsibilities:
As our LPN Women's Health professional, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
- Assisting OB/GYN physicians with patient care and procedures
- Conducting patient assessments and triage
- Providing education and counseling to patients on women's health issues
- Administering medications and injections
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have the following qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
- Previous LPN experience, ideally in OB/GYN or Women's Health (but not required)
- Knowledge of women's health issues and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
