We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent LPN to join our team in the medical industry. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in assisted living, long-term care, residential, and geriatric settings. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians or other healthcare professionals
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medical procedures and surgeries as needed
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate with patients' families and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patients' conditions
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, residential, and geriatric settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
