We’re a progressive, growth-minded law firm seeking a Corporate & M&A Attorney to join our expanding transactional practice. This is a chance to work on sophisticated deals, enjoy reasonable billable targets, and do it all from anywhere.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support M&A and corporate finance transactions from initial term sheet through closing.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents with precision and minimal oversight.
Manage due diligence, prepare disclosure schedules, and oversee closing logistics.
Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and deal structuring.

Job Details
What we're looking for:
Ideally 4–5 years of corporate/M&A experience in private practice (flexible for the right candidate).
Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills.
Experience in corporate finance, securities law, or secured transactions is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and committed to practical, solution-focused client service.
Admitted to the PA Bar and in good standing.
