Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:

1. Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
3. Operating various types of CNC equipment, including lathes and mills, in a safe and efficient manner.
4. Conducting regular inspections of machinery, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
5. Performing routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication.
6. Working closely with the quality control team to ensure that all parts meet stringent quality standards.
7. Identifying and troubleshooting problems with the machines or the parts they produce.
8. Working with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
9. Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, including lathes and mills.
3. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
4. Excellent understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
5. Proven experience in producing precision machined parts.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery and parts.
7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
