Job Details

Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders for large and small components
Program, set up, and run CNC lathes and mills (G-code/M-code experience preferred)
Perform roughing, finishing, and close-tolerance machining on steel, stainless, and other industrial materials
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators)
Work with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes
Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move heavy parts when needed

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in both manual and CNC machining
Ability to work independently from blueprints and setup sheets
Experience with large-diameter parts, shafts, or rolls is a plus
Familiarity with G-code editing, setup, and tooling selection
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable in a job shop environment with varying project types
