We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the maintenance and reliability functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance program, including the supervision of our dedicated maintenance team. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of technical skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the maintenance and reliability of all equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and schedules based on best practices in the manufacturing industry.
3. Supervise and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using PLCs, ABB Robotics, and ladder logic controls.
5. Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement reliability improvements.
6. Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
7. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
8. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for necessary equipment repairs and services.
9. Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities and equipment status to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance and reliability role.
3. Proven experience with PLCs, ABB Robotics, and ladder logic controls.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
7. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systems.
10. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification is desirable.
