Job Details
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Provide technical support to maintenance and operations departments, driving continuous improvement in reliability and performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans for equipment throughout its lifecycle, in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
Recommend inspection, lubrication, cleaning, and component replacement activities based on manufacturer and supplier guidance, as well as equipment performance data.
Analyze maintenance history and investigate recurring issues to improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Promote enhancements in equipment reliability and maintenance practices through data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in cement or heavy industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a detail-oriented, self-motivated approach.
Excellent organizational abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Oracle or similar CMMS software preferred.
Availability to work overtime, on-call, and off-shifts as needed.
Familiarity with equipment condition monitoring techniques such as oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and inspection routes.
