We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in our company's commitment to operational excellence, overseeing all aspects of the maintenance department. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage the maintenance strategy for our manufacturing facility, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
2. Oversee and manage the maintenance of all equipment, including hydraulic and mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
3. Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring a high level of competence and a focus on continuous improvement.
4. Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring optimal levels are maintained.
5. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including the planning and execution of CAPEX projects.
6. Utilize PLC programming knowledge to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
7. Implement process improvements, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
8. Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational performance.
9. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, inventory management, hydraulic systems, PLC programming, process improvement, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, mechanical systems, electrical systems, budgeting, and CAPEX project management.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high performing maintenance team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and CAPEX projects.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
