Job Details

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement a robust preventive maintenance program to predict and prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic automation systems and PLC.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Manage the maintenance inventory, ensuring adequate stock of essential parts and materials.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Work closely with other department heads to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic automation systems and PLC.
  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, safety compliance, inventory management, inspection, and mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • A relevant degree or certification in a technical discipline is preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
