Job Details
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, with RETA certification preferred.
- Familiarity with USDA regulations and standards for food plants is a plus.
- Proven experience in equipment and manufacturing maintenance, including preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong supervisory skills, with a track record of effectively leading and developing a team.
- Solid understanding of PLC technology and its application in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
- A strong commitment to safety, with experience in safety compliance and enforcement.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
