Maintenance Manager

Qualified Maintenance Manager will have:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department.
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the facilities equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs for equipment during or off business hours.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
• Direct and delegate workload to maintenance personnel.
• Focuses on Preventive maintenance.
• Developing and maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct training meetings, one on one development sessions, technical skill training, and performance reviews for all maintenance personnel.
• Ensure all processes, procedures and documentation complies.
• In addition, this position is responsible for managing multiple shifts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Experience:

• Five years of Maintenance Management in manufacturing environment
• Preference of experience in heavy duty equipment (Tractors, trailers, diesel engines and hydraulics)
• Experience with hand and power tools required.
• Basic computer skills
