Overview:
This role is responsible for leading all maintenance and facilities operations within a multi-site manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and team performance while driving continuous improvement and supporting capital projects.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team across multiple functional areas
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs and day-to-day repair activities
  • Plan, schedule, and assign work to ensure efficient use of labor and resources
  • Manage facility systems, equipment performance, and overall site safety
  • Partner with engineering and leadership on capital improvements and upgrades
  • Coordinate and manage external contractors and projects
  • Track downtime, control costs, and manage maintenance budgets
  • Maintain records, reports, and compliance with safety and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong background in maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations
  • Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Experience leading teams and improving maintenance processes
  • Ability to read blueprints and plan projects effectively
  • Solid understanding of safety standards, regulations, and preventative maintenance
