They are looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Manager who is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities and equipment to ensure they are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

Job Details

DUTIES:

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance programs
  • Track maintenance KPIs and use to develop improvement plans and key focus area
  • Participate in daily operations management processes to ensure business goals are met
  • Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Manage the maintenance of the facility of approximately 150+ employees on a 24-hour operation
  • Focus on driving improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery
  • Responsible for the health and performance of all facility assets and systems
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Plan and oversee equipment repair and installation activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BS/BA in industrial management or facility management will be an advantage
  • Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Must have experience in planning maintenance operations and have solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
  • Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment and ability to keep track of and report on activity
  • HVAC license preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Hands on experience with Lean, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies
