Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Repair and replace components such as bearings, motors, belts, and conveyors.
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panels.
- Monitor hydraulic and pneumatic systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance mechanics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and techniques.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
