Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of mechanical maintenance, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and stamping press equipment. Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.
2. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with machinery, including stamping press equipment, using various tools and testing equipment.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing issues with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
4. Ensuring all maintenance operations are in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
5. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for record-keeping and future reference.
6. Assisting with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
7. Communicating effectively with team members and management about equipment issues and potential solutions.
8. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
