Job Details
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial baking equipment including mixers, ovens, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and optimize production processes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment performance.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial mechanic, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Commitment to safety and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
