Wednesday-Saturday, 9pm-7:30am
Sunday-Wednesday, 9pm-7:30am


Carry out daily maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on packaging and production equipment, including but not limited to: extruders, dryers, dry bulk storage and conveying systems, dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems, high-speed packaging machinery (such as cartoners, baggers, case-packers, palletizers), low-pressure boilers, thermal fluid process heaters, material handling systems, water chillers, compressed air systems, and HVAC systems.

Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to address recurring issues and complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

Work alongside operations to understand operating systems and provide training on mechanical components.

Ensure that quality standards are maintained in all areas of responsibility.

Adhere to established food safety programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, high-quality products that meet both regulatory and company standards. Support the ongoing improvement of food safety and quality systems.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience requirements:
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution, along with one of the following:
A two-year associate degree or higher in a technical field (such as mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, electro-mechanical, controls and automation, etc.).
Completion of an apprenticeship in mechanics, mechanical maintenance, electro-mechanical, electrical, or a related field.
Military training and experience in a relevant Military Occupational Specialty (MOS).
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical, maintenance, electrical, electro-mechanical, controls and automation, or related role.
