Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is maintained and repaired properly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is maintained in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Train and develop maintenance team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure that maintenance work is scheduled and performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to production.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
