As a Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and coordinating the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems.

2. Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.

3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to machinery and equipment.

4. Ensuring all safety procedures are followed and promoting a safe work environment.

5. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.

6. Managing and supervising the maintenance team, providing training and development as needed.

7. Collaborating with other departments to optimize maintenance operations and meet production goals.

8. Ensuring compliance with quality control standards and regulations.

9. Managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality or safety.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Maintenance Supervisor role, you must have the following:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting in the manufacturing industry.

2. Proven supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

3. Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

4. Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality control standards.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools.

8. A degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.

9. Certifications in maintenance and reliability or a related field would be a plus.
