Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance operations are completed in a timely manner.
2. Developing, implementing, and managing preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
5. Training and guiding maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
6. Managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
7. Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes.
8. Performing regular facility inspections and reporting on conditions affecting operations.
9. Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
10. Keeping maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
