Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
2. Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain project timelines.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
5. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities with ongoing construction projects.
6. Manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of parts and equipment, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operations.
7. Stay abreast of the latest maintenance techniques and technologies, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
8. Handle emergency maintenance tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, reporting on activities and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within manufacturing.
2. Proven experience in developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
3. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication equipment, as well as maintenance techniques and best practices.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and high performance.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.
6. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
7. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant technologies.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
9. High level of flexibility, with the ability to handle emergency maintenance tasks as required.
10. Strong budget management skills, with the ability to ensure cost-effectiveness in maintenance operations.
11. Relevant certifications in maintenance management or related fields will be an added advantage.
