Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead and perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, PLC/HMI, and facility maintenance.
- Supervise technicians, prioritize work, and respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Manage preventive maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Support equipment installations, facility upgrades, and capital projects.
- Train technicians and ensure safe, compliant maintenance practices.
- Coordinate contractors and maintain maintenance records.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance/facilities experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting skills
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s preferred.
