Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will:

1. Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
3. Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for equipment repair and maintenance.
4. Use electrical test meters and other tools to inspect and test equipment and controls.
5. Respond promptly to emergency situations or breakdowns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
6. Collaborate with the production team to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.
7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
8. Assist with the installation of new equipment, ensuring all electrical controls are functioning correctly.
9. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, with a strong focus on electrical troubleshooting, machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, schematics, mechanical maintenance, and electrical controls.
3. Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in manufacturing equipment.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. A commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
8. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, as required.
