Job Details

In this role, you’ll be more than just a “fixer.” You’ll be a critical problem-solver, innovator, and team player. Your day-to-day will include:

Managing spare parts and inventory in Oracle, including monthly audits and tracking.
Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Leading root cause analysis (RCA) and developing solutions to prevent future breakdowns.
Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to complete scheduled and emergency work.
Building and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Supporting safety programs, EHS documentation, and compliance initiatives.
Participating in lean/continuous improvement projects that drive cost savings and efficiency.
Helping maintain a clean, organized (5S) facility and supporting general plant upkeep.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a self-motivated, dependable technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:

A high school diploma and at least 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (technical schooling is a plus).
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatics, plumbing, welding, and packaging equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
A team-oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work overtime as needed to keep operations on track.

Working Environment

Fast-paced manufacturing facility with exposure to varying conditions (outdoors, heights, ambient temperatures).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely navigate multiple staircases.
40 hours/week with overtime opportunities.
