Job Details

Required qualifications
  • Lockout/Tagout experience: You must have experience with and be knowledgeable about Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Math skills: You must be able to perform basic mathematical functions, including adding, subtracting, and multiplying.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with both production line workers and supervisors.
Preferred experience
  • Manufacturing: Two or more years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Food industry: Experience working in the food industry is also preferred.
  • Electrical work: Knowledge of electrical systems, including 480/110/low voltage, is preferred.
  • Hydraulics/Pneumatics: Basic experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.
  • Blueprints and diagrams: The ability to read and follow blueprints and electrical diagrams is preferred.
  • Preventative maintenance: Experience performing preventative maintenance is preferred.
Work environment and skills
  • Fast-paced: You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Flexibility: The role requires you to work extended hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Self-motivation: You must be self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
