This role is integral to our production efficiency and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our machinery and equipment are always in optimal working condition. You will be part of a dynamic team that is instrumental in maintaining the smooth running of our production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and fix them before they escalate.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery and equipment.
- Interpret and implement technical instruction, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Work closely with the production team to understand equipment needs and plan maintenance work accordingly.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform immediate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to propose improvements in maintenance processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing or Production industry.
- Proven expertise in Electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance and equipment repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Must be willing to work night shifts and be on-call for emergencies.
- Relevant certification or degree in a technical field is preferred.
